Black Aces Academy

The Black Aces Academy is the heartbeat of Lakama's sports investment — a structured youth development programme that identifies and nurtures football talent from a young age across multiple communities in South Africa.

Operating in Kriel, Emalahleni, Komati, Standerton, Lephalale, Ermelo and Breyton, the Academy runs structured football clinics with a proud partnership with the Manchester City School of Football — bringing world-class coaching methodology and international exposure to South African youth.

Beyond football, the Academy actively uses sport as a vehicle for social development — educating youth on the importance of staying in school, saying no to drugs, and contributing to their communities.
